ITS support articles

The scenarios and links below are in place to aid staff in gaining access to OC systems when faced with a disruption. Please identify which of the below scenarios best applies to your situation and follow the links to specific advice.

I need guidance on how to remote work

This will be required if you unexpectedly find that you do not have access to your office location (for example due to an office closure)

I temporarily don't have access to the internet

This could be due to a short term wi-fi outage at the office, or an instance where other internet sources are temporarily unavailable (such as when travelling by train)

I have lost access to email

In the event of an IT outage that affects access to email, the ITS team will enact the firm's email Disaster Recovery solution - Mimecast. This allows staff access to their email account via a browser or via an app (if you are on your mobile phone).
